Our factory owns standardized production workshops equipped with imported CNC machining centers and complete professional testing instruments. All core structural components of looms adopt one-time CNC finish machining, which effectively ensures the coaxiality of wall panel gears, reduces equipment vibration and noise, and greatly improves the running stability and efficiency of water jet & air jet looms. We implement full-process quality inspection for semi-finished products and finished machines to strictly control every production link.
Our core products cover JW series high-speed heavy-duty water jet looms (1.5m–4.6m full width range), JA series high-efficiency air jet looms, intelligent direct-drive spindle control systems and all kinds of textile loom spare parts. The weaving equipment supports dual-pump four-nozzle, variable weft density and multi-beam weaving modes, with optional IoT cloud intelligent control function, perfectly matching the production demands of home textiles, chemical fiber and industrial fabric factories.
