Before shipment, every loom went through a 72-hour continuous running test in our professional inspection workshop. Our technical team used three-coordinate measuring instruments to check all core machined components, and tested the intelligent main control system, direct drive spindle, automatic weft break detection and energy-saving modules one by one. All equipment passed strict quality standards to guarantee stable long-term operation for overseas clients.
This batch of intelligent weaving machinery covers multiple widths from 1.5 meters to 4.6 meters, and can be used to produce chemical fiber fabrics, home textiles and industrial mesh cloth.
